Utsaw could never go to school but managed to pass 10th class through open education program under Bihar board. However, the school education wasn’t enough and his speech and hearing impairment only made it all the difficult for him to get employment. Utsaw got enrolled in ISL, Basic English and MS Office courses, and after successful completion, he joined three months Retail Sales Associates course under NSDC- Simon India CSR project. During the course, he went through 50 days internship with Pantaloons, a leading retail store at Saket, Delhi.
